Lost in a City’s Embrace

Lights flicker and gleam on endless streets,
The hum of life, where shadows meet.
A rush of strangers, faces unknown,
Yet somehow, I’ve never felt alone.

Beneath towering steel and neon glow,
Dreams take flight, hopes ebb and flow.
Echoes of laughter, whispers of pain,
A city’s heartbeat, like steady rain.

I walk these paths, both bold and shy,
In the pulse of the city, I find the sky.
Lost and found, in each crowded space,
The city’s arms, a warm embrace.
